SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for booking and/or travelling on with Seven Seas Travelers.
These Terms and Conditions apply to any travel products and/or services purchased from SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS, and govern the contractual relationship between you and SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS with respect to any such travel products and/or services (hereinafter, the “Products”). All SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS tours are operated by SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS.
Please read these Terms carefully as by booking any Product with SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS, or by travelling on a SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS tour or Product you acknowledge that you: i) have read and understand these Terms, and ii) indicate your express acceptance of and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you have confirmed a booking on any Products with more than one client named and booked on such booking, you shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) on behalf of all clients named in the booking (including minors and those under a disability) and travelling on or otherwise participating in any Products (hereinafter “you”, the “Client(s)”), and by such travel or participation all passengers indicate their assent to these Terms. The client who confirmed the booking is deemed to be the designated contact person for all other clients named in such booking.
THE BOOKING CONTRACT
A booking is confirmed and these Terms shall apply when SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS, or an authorized agent acting on SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS’ behalf, have received the applicable deposit from the Client and the Client has received written confirmation from SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS of such booking. The Client confirming the booking must be no less than 18 years of age and agrees to provide full, complete and accurate information as requested by SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS to confirm such booking. Any Client confirming a booking on any Products with more than one Client named and booked on such booking represents and warrants to SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS that: i) they have all requisite consents and authority to make such booking on behalf of all other Clients named on the booking, and have communicated all necessary information to the other Clients in order for them to give free and fully informed authorization to do so; ii) the information that they are providing regarding all clients is complete and accurate, and they have obtained all necessary consents and permissions to share such information with SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS for the purposes of completing the booking; and iii) they will inform all other named Clients on the relevant booking of the applicability of these Terms to the booking and the Clients’ relationship with SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS.
SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS will endeavor to accommodate the special requests of Clients, including (without limitation) dietary and accommodation requests, but such requests do not form part of these Terms or the contract between Client and SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS is not liable for any failure to accommodate or fulfill such requests.
PRICES, SURCHARGES AND TAXES
Due to the nature of travel the prices of the resources on which it depends, the published price of any Product is subject to change at any time in our website or in our distributor’s websites, but price change does not and will not apply to confirmed reservations by SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS or it’s tour distributor partners at any time. Tours are priced and advertised exclusive of applicable sales taxes. After a Confirmation Invoice has been issued by SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS or our tour distributor partners to the Client, SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS will not apply any further charges to the its products. Price change my apply to our products only for reasons arising from increases in transportation costs, fuel costs, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports and airport charges, local operator costs, currency and exchange fluctuations, increases in taxes, or government action which impacts the price of the applicable Product(s).
All dates, itineraries and prices are indicative only and the price quoted at the time of Booking shall be the applicable price, subject to the surcharges that may be levied in accordance these Terms. Changes, revisions, or other amendments may be made to the particulars contained in any SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS brochure or on the SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS website before a contract is concluded, and such changes, revisions or amendments shall be incorporated herein as of the date of such amendment.
The Client acknowledges that due to the changing nature of travel, they are responsible for keeping up to date on the details of their travel on the SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS website, including, but not limited to checking the website at least 72 hours prior to departure to ensure the Client has the most current Trip Details for the relevant Product tour as minor changes may have been made since the confirmation of booking.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Your reservation is confirmed upon our receipt of requested deposit which is based on the package you select.
- Final payment — Final payment is due in our office 35 days prior to departure.
- Late bookings — Late bookings are accepted up to the day of departure if permitted subject only to space availability.
- Electronic Documents — Documents will normally be issued 15 days after final payment and will be sent to you by email.
Prices Guarantee – SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS guarantees prices upon receipt of full payment. We therefore recommend you pay in full as soon as possible to guarantee the price. Prior to our receipt of full payment prices may be increased without notice. SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS also reserves the right to increase prices due to errors or misprints and also major price increases in air tickets, accommodation and other services.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you cancel your tour for any reason including medical or personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply. Cancellation fee is applicable based on when we receive your cancellation request (see below). The remainder will be refunded in within 15 working days.
CANCELLATION FEE BASED ON TIME OF CANCELLATION
- 40-50 days before departure – 30% of the tour price.
- 30-40 days before departure- 50% of the tour price.
- Less than 30 days before departure – 100% of the tour price.
- This cancelation policy is valid only and only for direct purchase from SEVEN SEAS TRAVELERS website.
