My tour in Iran was 15 days of endless surprises and wonder and the best trip of the many journeys I have had overseas. I am so glad I went with 7 Seas Travellers as they not only took me to the major sites but to the interesting and quirky ones too. The journey was very informative and enjoyable as a result of great story telling that was never boring. At no time did I feel unsafe – actually I felt safer than at home in New Zealand. I loved everything and will never forget Iran’s beautiful landscapes, the friendly, respectful, family orientated and welcoming people, the alive and diverse cultures, the art and architecture and engineering (both old and contemporary) and, coming from a young country, the palpable feeling of an ancient history dating back millenia.
